Receive AI-generated wellness insights

Users may not use Novo to:

Store or transmit unlawful content
Facilitate illegal activity
Attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform
Probe or scan system vulnerabilities

Users may not:
scrape data from the platform
harvest user information
reverse engineer Novo software
use bots to collect data
Users may not attempt to manipulate Novo’s AI systems to:
generate harmful content
exploit system vulnerabilities
bypass safety mechanisms
Users may not:
upload malicious files or software
attempt to extract proprietary algorithms
access or collect health data belonging to other users
Health data is considered sensitive information and must be treated accordingly.
Users may not attempt to:
overload the system
interfere with platform performance
disrupt normal operation
conduct denial-of-service attacks
Users must:
maintain accurate account information
protect login credentials
avoid sharing accounts with unauthorized individuals
Novo reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized use.
If Novo determines that a user has violated this Policy, we may take action including:
issuing warnings
suspending account access
terminating accounts
restricting platform access
reporting illegal activity to authorities where required
